but doesnt it make sense to balance them at cruising rpm like 4k or 5k revs, so you dont get vibration when riding on the road at speed, instead if you balance them at idle it'll idle great but there will be big vibration at high rpm

While Hogan had a profound golf swing it should be noted that if you try to replicate his action you better be flexible as hell. Look at his wrist set. You almost needed double jointed wrists to achieve that level of set in the wrists.

If you did this in the USA you'd probably get sued...just saying.

Thanks, I changed the needles on my ninja, and ran carb cleaner in the seats. Then it didn't leak gas in the oil for 130 miles then started doing it again. I bought new seats but I might compare them with the old ones, might be able to polish. The new ones are Japanese but not Kawasaki so the old ones might be better if cleaned up. The orings might be shot on the seats too. And I'll check my floats. Reluctantly learning about carbs.

How do I set my meter to check this?

Does this Graphite color have a metal flake in it? I ask because when you're spraying I can see little shimmering in the spray but it doesn't really show in the finished product could be the lighting?

great video! thank you, but the idle screws only lift the slider, as soon as you rev the engine its all up to the throttle cable slack.. so your just really fine tuning the idle balance, but this method works well for fine tuning the throttle cables

The Black seemed come on dominant/less subtle. I know most ppl start with a light colored base (Khaki/Tan) I wonder if a black base to start then add the Tan then Army Green to control the amount of the black color. Arborvitae Shrub.😁

OMG!! I just polished the seats on my Briggs updraft needle and main jet seats. The method worked so well that the engine has not missed a best since!!

frustrated cuz my HF cleaner fatally fizzled out after just 6 uses, finest chicom quality. i think its essential to let oil soak into the brass bushes in throttle shaft holes or they might freeze up during storage from corrosion/oxidation/whatever.

Neat trick..... Would be great, if the freakin needle seat was still in the damn carb 😞.... No clue where it has gone off to either, just glad there's no way for it to get into the motor. No wonder the damn thing pissed an entire tank of fuel into the crankcases. Now I am not sure there was one ever in there. Thanks Stage6 (made by Koso)....

This looks like the Western red cedar I have all over, or something close. This is pretty cool but I'm going to start with that leafy green color 1st, and lay down different leaves all over at once so I don't have to move them all around...I'm thinking cedar, plus ferns, bramble leaves & a couple others plus branches.

Nice. You might try to use varying basecoats, black, green ,light gray, dark gray and tan. Then use the same technique with contrasting layers.
